Louisa brings a wealth of financial, commercial, M&A and risk management experience to the role of Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Louisa is a chartered accountant and has held senior financial positions in industrial, manufacturing, publishing and pharmaceutical companies. Louisa was previously Chief Financial Officer of Croda International plc, Chief Financial Officer of Meggitt plc, Group Finance Director at Victrex plc, and Chief Financial Officer at Optos plc and the Financial Times Group.
