Debbie is responsible for developing a strategy and roadmap for solutions and services globally, stitching together best practices and developing new solutions that differentiate us. She is responsible for RS Integrated Supply, OKdo, ESG Solutions, DesignSpark and incubating new ideas via our innovation stage gate process. Previously she was President of ESG Solutions where she led the development of sustainable solutions for our customers and suppliers and the implementation of our 2030 ESG action plan - For a Better World. Debbie joined RS Group in 2017 as President, Global Supply Chain and has been instrumental in our supply chain capability and for our innovative and sustainable market-leading service for customers and suppliers. Prior to RS Group, Debbie was the Chief Supply Chain officer for Toys R Us and held senior positions with Kraft Foods and Nabisco in Europe as well as in the United States.
