    Nicki Young

    Nicki is responsible for defining and operationalising the customer strategy, customer experience and customer journey across all channels. He will be the primary sponsor for customers and infuse the voice of the customer into all aspects of business decision making incorporating brand, marketing, digital and data, providing our customers with a seamless, personalised and solution-oriented experience. Nicki joined RS Group in 2014 and has been instrumental in our digital and technology transformation, holding several leadership roles, most recently as Chief Digital & Innovation Officer, and President OKdo. Prior to RS Group, Nicki worked at British Telecom supporting the launch of BT Sport and new handset proposition.
