    Poland Food Distribution 2

We encourage our people to take up to two days of paid volunteering leave each year to support community initiatives and causes that matter to them. Over the past two years, 30% of employees have volunteered, a figure that continues to grow.

In 2024/25, employees used their volunteering days for a wide range of activities, including:

    Asia Pacific

    • Building solar lights through the SolarBuddy virtual learning programme to provide clean, reliable light sources to people experiencing energy poverty
    • Planting trees in forest reserves and key biodiversity areas across Malaysia and the Philippines, creating a healthier and more resilient natural ecosystem

    EMEA

    • Collecting food and clothing donations and preparing sandwiches for distribution to 500 people in Warsaw, Poland
    • Partnering with WeShelter in Copenhagen, Denmark to clean and prepare a vegetable garden dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness

    Americas

    • Running the third annual Giving Fair with opportunities for employees to donate outdated electronics, adopt puppies from a local animal shelter, and participate in a bake sale with proceeds benefitting national disaster relief and local non-profits
