Upstream
Across our upstream value chain, our direct influence is more limited, but we actively manage risk and drive improvement through strong product compliance standards and responsible sourcing practices. By working closely with key suppliers where we have greater leverage, we prioritise sustainability, transparency, and continuous improvement to help raise standards and deliver meaningful impact.
Own operations
Within our own operations, where we have the greatest level of control, we embed sustainability into how we source, manage, and deliver products and services across our global network. We put policies and practices in place to drive operational excellence, scale sustainable solutions, and maximise our positive impact for customers and the wider value chain.
Downstream
In our downstream activities, we collaborate with logistics partners and customers to encourage more sustainable practices, recognising our shared influence and role in promoting change. While our direct control is more limited, we focus on enabling responsible product use, efficient distribution, and supporting circular outcomes wherever possible.
