    Setting the tone
    from the top

    Our commitment to ESG is driven by strong governance from the very top of the Group. The Board has strategic oversight for ESG, while the Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and performance management of our 2030 ESG action plan and all related policies, goals, initiatives, investments and disclosures.

    Frameworks and standards

    Our ESG approach aligns to external frameworks, ratings and standards. This ensures our ESG disclosures meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and reflects our ongoing commitment to accountability and comparability in our ESG disclosures. 

    Our ESG reporting aligns to the sector-specific recommendations of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). We are also members of the United Nation’s Global Compact (UNGC) and our global goals are aligned to six UN SDGs (learn more here). To learn from peers and gain strategic insights on some of our most material ESG topics, several members of the ESG and Belonging teams participate in UNGC working groups. 

    We’re compliant with the 11 recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
