LONDON, UK, 3 April, 2019 – Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), a global multi-channel provider of industrial and electronic products and solutions, has announced that Glenn Timms will step down as CEO of IESA and Debbie Bowring, currently Chief Operating Officer, will assume the position of President, IESA, from 1 June 2019.
Lindsley Ruth, CEO of Electrocomponents, commented: “I would like to thank Glenn for his time leading IESA and for his invaluable support during the sale and transition of the business. I am pleased to say that IESA has been smoothly and quickly integrated into the Group. Debbie is the natural successor to Glenn, having been an integral part of IESA’s growth and development to date. I am therefore delighted to welcome her to my Senior Management Team and feel confident that she is the right person to drive IESA forward at pace.”
