  • RS Group ranks top of the FTSE 250 for women on boards in the FTSE women leaders review

    LONDON, UK, 25 February 2025 – RS Group, a global product and service solutions provider for industrial customers, has ranked joint first place of FTSE 250 companies for women on Boards. The FTSE Women Leaders Review, published today, reports that 66.7%1 of RS Group’s Board of directors are women. 

    Chair of the RS Group Board, Baroness Rona Fairhead, said: “We believe that representation of women on Boards adds value through providing diversity of ideas and perspectives which drive innovation, sound decision-making and sustainable growth.

    The FTSE Women Leaders Review for 2025 is backed by the government and shows that women now occupy 1,275 or 43% of roles on company Boards and 6,743 (35%) of leadership roles at FTSE 350 companies. British companies lead the world for gender equality in Boardrooms with women representing 43% of roles on company Boards.
