RS Group is committed to supporting women’s health and wellbeing through practical, inclusive resources that address real needs at every age. In the UK, this commitment is reflected in the provision of dedicated menopause support alongside free access to DAME period products.
For colleagues experiencing menopause, RS Group offers a range of tailored resources designed to improve awareness, understanding, and confidence. Alongside a UK Menopause Policy introduced in 2025/26, we offer access to guidance, workplace adjustments, wellbeing support, and signposting to external expert resources – all promoted by dedicated internal Menopause Champions as part of the Elevate Employee Resource Group. Together, these resources enable open conversations with managers and help colleagues manage symptoms while thriving at work.

In parallel, from 2025/26 Elevate has partnered with DAME to provide sustainable, high‑quality period products free of charge across UK sites. By removing financial barriers and tackling period stigma, this initiative helps ensure that menstruation is not a source of disadvantage, while also supporting environmental sustainability through the reduction of single‑use plastic waste.
Together, these initiatives reflect a holistic approach to women’s health – recognising both physical wellbeing and the importance of dignity, choice and inclusion.
