Across the Asia Pacific region, RS continued to strengthen its commitment to employee wellbeing through a series of practical, health‑focused initiatives in 2025/26.
Promoting movement for healthy office habits (Thailand)
In July 2025, RS Thailand held a workplace wellbeing workshop focused on preventing Office Syndrome, a common occupational issue caused by poor posture and repetitive strain. 30+ colleagues received practical guidance from professional advisers on maintaining healthy postures, taking regular standing breaks and performing simple stretching exercises to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. By encouraging these habits, RS Thailand aims to reduce long‑term health risks, enhance quality of life and support colleagues in bringing their best physical and mental selves to work.
Sharing workplace wellbeing best practice (Thailand)
In July 2025, RS Thailand was invited by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation to share its best‑practice corporate wellness initiatives as part of a national pilot programme aimed at strengthening wellbeing before retirement. During the meeting, the team outlined its holistic approach – including mental health support, financial literacy sessions, ergonomic awareness and participation in national workplace wellness efforts – which earned RS Thailand formal recognition for its commitment to employee wellbeing.
Building financial confidence (Thailand)
In May 2025, the RS Thailand team ran a financial literacy workshop to help 30+ employees better understand budgeting, saving and managing credit card debt. Colleagues left feeling more confident in their financial planning and better equipped to build long‑term financial wellbeing. Supporting employee wellbeing is central to RS’ commitment to helping people bring their best selves to work. Through our benefits platform, all employees also have access to market‑specific financial awareness resources, including articles, videos and podcasts to equip employees with the ability to make informed financial decisions.
Supporting wellbeing through mindfulness (Philippines)
RS Philippines hosted two wellness workshops attended by c. 40 colleagues across the Asia Pacific markets. The sessions focused on effective stress management and the role of mindfulness in achieving balance, clarity and well‑being in both personal and professional life. The exercise reinforced RS’ people‑first values and commitment to fostering a supportive, healthy workplace that strengthens engagement and helps employees perform at their best.
Promoting mental health and relaxation (Japan)
In December 2025, RS Japan held a mental health seminar as part of its ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, offering both in‑person and hybrid participation. A public health nurse introduced mental health fundamentals, including stress management, common symptoms of mental health challenges and practical self‑care strategies. Colleagues also experienced an aromatherapy session, learning simple hand‑massage techniques using essential oils to ease tension and support relaxation.
