With thousands of inbound supplier deliveries and outbound customer shipments every day, optimising our global supply chain remains essential to reducing costs and providing a great customer experience.

We’re rethinking logistics to deliver faster, smarter and with a significantly lower carbon footprint – cutting product transport emissions intensity by 34% since 2019/20. Instead of relying on a one‑size‑fits‑all approach, we’ve deployed targeted initiatives across our global network: cross docking to reduce air freight, local sourcing to position stock closer to customers, electric fleets for last‑mile delivery, and smarter modal shifts such as prioritising sea freight where possible.

But this is more than operational tweaks – it’s a system-wide transformation. By working closely with distribution partners, we’re tackling industry challenges head-on, accelerating the adoption of alternative fuels, enabling better consolidation, and reducing unnecessary shipments.

Looking ahead, we’re building a sophisticated global network model for 2030, using data to optimise where products are stored and how they move across markets. This allows us to balance customer service, cost and sustainability in real time.

The impact is clear: fewer miles travelled, lower emissions, and reduced costs – all while improving reliability. By collaborating across our value chain, we’re creating a more agile, efficient and future-ready logistics network that benefits customers, partners and the planet.
