Skills, experience and contribution
Carole has extensive financial experience and a strong focus on governance and risk. Carole is Chief Financial Officer Designate of Halma plc, having previously served as independent Non-Executive Director. Previously, Carole held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and Finance Officer at Forth Ports Limited until November 2024, prior to which, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Aggreko plc until December 2017 and a number of senior finance roles within that group, she also held senior financial positions at BAE Systems plc. Carole commenced her career in the audit division of KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
