Her extensive knowledge of customer experience aligns with the Company’s vision and provides a strong insight into the customer dynamic in the US. Joan’s previous roles include President, Channel & Customer Experience at TE Connectivity Ltd, Vice President, Public Affairs at Merck & Co, and Deputy Commissioner of Communications at the U.S. Social Security Administration.
