Clare brings a wealth of FTSE 100 governance experience to support the Board in effective governance, company secretarial support and advice. Joining RS Group in 2022, Clare is a member of our Executive Committee and leads the Corporate Services team, one of our enabling functions which serves and provides centres of excellence in shared business services, indirect procurement, ESG, health and safety, legal, governance and compliance. Clare is also the Executive Sponsor of our Employee Resource Group, Elevate, bringing our RS people together to support women advancing their careers, challenging biases, and fostering allyship, community and networking.
