    Lee Pruitt

    Lee Pruitt joined RS Group in 2026 as Chief Customer Experience Officer. He leads the Group’s global customer strategy and go-to-market execution across digital, commercial and omnichannel experiences, with end-to-end accountability for the customer lifecycle. Lee brings extensive experience in driving profitable growth, digital transformation and international expansion across the industrial distribution and B2B commerce sectors. His career includes senior leadership roles at global industrial leaders including Fastenal, Grainger, Applied Industrial Technologies and Rubix, where he served as an Executive Board member and Group Chief Digital & Marketing Officer. He also brings entrepreneurial experience, having founded and led a venture-backed business. Based in the United States, Lee works closely with leadership teams across RS Group’s global footprint.
