Steve joined RS Group in October 2023 and is responsible for driving the People strategy to accelerate the realisation of our growth strategy, as well as the development of an organisation culture that empowers and excites our people. Steve is a highly experienced CPO with a strong track record of successfully leading People functions in global organisations including PepsiCo, BP, Cargill and Ultra.
