In 2025/26, RS Hong Kong continued its long‑standing support of the HKUST Robotics Team, which has benefited from nearly 15 years of partnership through DesignSpark. During their latest university visit, the team explored students’ development of advanced underwater robotic vehicles and gained insight into their engineering processes.
RS’s sustained involvement of £7,500 per year in both component parts and direct funds enables students to refine robotics, electronics and problem‑solving skills while competing in local and international competitions. This collaboration demonstrates RS’s commitment to empowering young innovators and fostering engineering excellence.
